Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Use In Time, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Use In Time.
The service
Use In Time lets you create an account, run AI-powered tasks, and manage credits or subscriptions purchased through our payment providers. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@useintime.app of any unauthorized use of your account.
Fees, billing, and refunds
iOS Plus uses Apple in-app purchases. Guests can purchase, restore and use purchased benefits without registering. Prices, billing periods and eligible trials are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings; deleting an app account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds for Apple purchases are requested through Apple. AI credits are reserved when a task is created and returned after failure, cancellation or timeout; successful tasks are not charged twice. Optional sign-in association does not purchase again or duplicate credit grants. Entitlements already associated with another account are not directly reassigned to the current account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: - Use Use In Time for any unlawful purpose or to violate another party's rights. - Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls. - Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit. - Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell access without our written permission. - Interfere with the operation or security of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Intellectual property
Hekmon retains all rights to the Use In Time software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Use In Time is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hekmon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Use In Time and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or legal or security reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hekmon's jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes update the effective date above; continued use of Use In Time after a change means you accept the updated terms.
